i know its a little blurry, but it's crazy how much my sis and i used to look alike.

oh if only i could be back in my prime again.

one graduation, one neat closet.

after graduation, my mom threw me a little graduation dinner at hotel indigo in newton; one of my favorite restaurants/hot spots in mass. my boyfriend surprised me with flowers, his parents with a free plane voucher anywhere in the united states, and time with family and friends.

after the graduation and dinner, my mom and i threw my sister a baby shower to celebrate my niece, Laila, that is gracing us with her presence in august. i am beyond excited and cannot wait to meet the little one.

side note: my sister and i spent countless hours (well not countless, probably about 5),

organizing and purging clothes and random items from my closet and college bins. it was a huge help,

and now i have a clean closet and the loves of my lives all accounted for.

thank you sister :)

overall, it was an amazing weekend filled with diplomas,

brothers and sisters from california, long stemmed pink roses,

a baby shower

&

a neat closet.

bare naked ladies.

while i was lying in bed, thinking of random thoughts now that i have

no homework to do ever again...

i was reminded of the song, "if i had a million dollars".

it got me to thinking if i had a million dollars to spend on meaningless and worldly things,

what would i spend it on?

i was rummaging through old pictures on my computer today and came across a few old pictures of jeff when we were undergrads.

ha. i still am.

so jeff has his first final of many today to kick off the beginning of the

end of his first year law school.

it's been a loooonnnnngggg year, and we are both happy for it to be almost over.

graduation anyone?

2 occasions = 2 dresses.

so i have two very exciting occasions just around the corner. the first is this friday, senior formal. and the second is the 15th, my graduation from college. each of these momentous occasions deserve a fancy schmancy dress.

so here they are for your viewing pleasure.

bcbg did me some good.

(and don't worry, i didn't pay full price for anyone of them :))

4 months and a burger.

so after working at my internship for four months, 3-4 days a week, 9-5, ridiculous amounts of work,

NO COMPENSATION

and spending hundreds of dollars commuting into boston...all i get is a measly burger.

NOT EVEN A THANK YOU CARD.

i mean am i asking for too much? i don't think so.

needless to say, i feel very under appreciated for the work that i did, and if some day i get into a position where i will have an intern, i will make him/her feel so appreciated that they don't even know what to do with themselves.

ugh. can you tell my frustration?!
